The basics

Getting started with SaltPrint — input and output folders, moving through your photographs, what gets written, and adjusting one frame.

The print came out the wrong size — read the “→ prints W × H” line rather than the DPI box, and check which mode you're in.
The negative looks too dense on screen — judge from a print, not the preview. A screen can't tell you how a transparency behaves under UV; that's what the test sheets are for.
Saving didn't change what I expected — check the scope: tone and crop belong to the frame named in the “Editing:” box, and only ticked frames are written by Save All Selected. See Getting started.
Windows warns about the installer — SaltPrint isn't code-signed on Windows. Click More info → Run anyway.
